1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ROTOR MONEY LTD. (“rotor.money”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at rotor.money (the “Website”).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information and the rights you have.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, phone or other device when you visit it. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain actions and settings while you use it.

Cookies set by rotor.money are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other organisations through the Website, such as our website hosting provider, are called third-party cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set under the Website’s own domain on behalf of Google.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

In this Cookie Policy, “cookies” also includes similar technologies, such as local storage and tags, where they are used for the same purposes.

3. Cookies We Use

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the Website to work securely. They protect the Website against abuse and record your cookie choices. They are always active.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics). These help us understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are visited, how long visits last, which device and browser types are used and from which country visitors come, so that we can improve the Website. They are used only if you give your consent.

We do not use marketing, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing or profiling.

4. Your Consent

When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can click “Accept” or “Reject”, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Google Analytics is not activated and no analytics cookies are placed on your device unless you click “Accept”.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, because the Website cannot function properly or securely without them.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking in the footer of any page of the Website. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops collecting data from your device from that moment; you can also delete existing analytics cookies through your browser settings.

We remember your choice for 12 months. After that, or earlier if we make significant changes to the cookies we use, we ask you again.

6. How We Use Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States. Google acts as our service provider for Google Analytics data.

We have configured Google Analytics to limit the data collected:

  • Google Analytics does not log or store visitors’ full IP addresses;
  • Google signals, advertising features and data sharing for Google’s own products are switched off;
  • event data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically;
  • we use the reports only in aggregated form and do not combine them with the personal information of our Clients.

We use analytics cookies only with your consent. Data collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google LLC and may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries outside Canada, where it may be subject to lawful access by foreign authorities. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy explains how we safeguard international transfers.

More information on how Google uses data from websites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually find these options in the “Settings”, “Privacy” or “Security” menu of your browser. The help function of your browser will explain how.

You can also set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set. Some browsers offer private browsing modes that delete cookies when you close the window.

If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Website may not work, and the cookie banner may be shown to you again.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The current version is always published on the Website with the date of the latest update. If we add cookies that require consent, we ask for your consent again.

9. Contact Us
